TENDER NOTICE

Sealed quotations are invited from GST/IT registered firms/suppliers/manufacturers for supply of items for Aeromag Ground Follow up project of Geological Survey of Pakistan as per specifications and terms mentioned in the tender documents, which can be obtained from the office of Director Procurement GSP, Quetta during office hours.

Interested parties should submit their bids for item(s) in Pak Rupees inclusive of all taxes (GST/I.T) with 2.5% earnest money in shape of Draft/Pay Order in the name of Director General, Geological Survey of Pakistan, Quetta. The bids will be received in Director Procurement Office up to 06-10-07 by 09:00 a.m. and will be opened on the same day at 10:00 a.m. in the presence of the interested parties or their representatives. The Competent Authority reserves the right to fully or partially accept or reject any/all bids, partly or totally reduce or increase the quantity of items, or annul the entire bidding process at any time without assigning any reason thereof.
