TENDER NOTICE

Sealed quotations are invited from GST/IT registered firms/suppliers/manufacturers for supply of the following items for AGM Project of Geological Survey of Pakistan as per specifications, quantity, terms & conditions etc, mentioned in the tender documents, which can be obtained from the office of Director Procurement GSP, Quetta during office hours.

Equipments:

1)   Electric Oven : (Digital)

       Size:  50cm x 50cm x 50cm

       Temperature Range: 300c^o 

Interested parties should submit their bids for item(s) in Pak Rupees inclusive of all taxes (GST/I.T) with 2.5% earnest money in shape of Draft/Pay order in the name of Director General, Geological Survey of Pakistan, Quetta. The bids will be received in Director Procurement Office up to 21-4-2008 by 10.00 a.m. and will be opened on the same day at 11.00 a.m. in the presence of the interested parties or their representative. The Competent Authority reserves the right to fully or partially accept or reject any/all bids, partly or totally reduce or increase the quantity of items, or annul the entire bidding process at any time without assigning any reason thereof.
