The GSP aims
to:

the requirements of its data users by providing relevant, comprehensive,
dependable and up-to-date geoscience information and advice
- provide
work of assured quality within an agreed framework
- emphasis
impartiality, confidentiality, reliability and promptness
- develop
and operate well-equipped laboratories, information systems and
services
- provide
its staff with a stimulating work environment and facilities
By striving
to achieve these aims, the GSP fulfills its prime objective of providing
basic and impartial geoscience information necessary to explore,
exploit and conserve the country's natural resources and their related
eco-systems.
