WHO SHOULD ATTEND The conference will be of special interest to Geologists, Geophysicists, Seismologists, Structural Engineers, Town Planners, Meteorologists, Government Functionaries, Policy Makers, Academic Research and Development Institutions in Pakistan. TECHNICAL PROGRAMME The conference will comprise six technical presentations, each lasting for about 30 minutes followed by a 10 minutes question-answer session. REGISTRATION Registration can be made by filling in this form and sending the same along with registration fee of Rs. 1,000 per participant. The fee is payable in the form of bank draft in the name of Deputy Director General, GSP, Islamabad. Registration Form along with the fee should be sent as soon as possible but not later than 20th December, 2005. |
Boarding-Lodging
The participants will bear all their expenses of boarding, lodging & transportation. The organizing committee will arrange and help in providing the hotel accommodation on request. For hotel accommodation and reservation please contact the undersigned well in time so that proper accommodation can be arranged. Lunch and tea will be served during the conference. Field Trip A two day field trip to the earth quake affected areas will be arranged after the conference and the trip details will be provided during the conference. The interested persons should contact the organizing committee.
