Sealed tenders are invited from Authorized Dealers/ suppliers for supply of vehicles to the Geological Survey of Pakistan Quetta as per specification and conditioned below.

Locally manufactured /Assembled Five Door Jeep 4X4 A/C Hard Top Model 2006 ZABARDAST or EQUIVALENT vehicles from 1800CC to 2800 CC 4 Cylinder, Diesel engine, Power Steering, 3 door or 5 doors, Five to seven Sitting capacity including driver, Vehicles should be powerful and reliable in rugged rough terrain; mountainous areas for exploration cost effective maintenance. Tool Kit set etc. and right- hand driver tool Kit set et. And with all regular / essential accessories.

Locally manufactured / Assembled permanent driven Four wheel (4X4) A/C Delux Hard top body Jeep SUZUKI (Photohar) or EQUIVALENT vehicles 970 CC to 1600 CC Petrol Engine, right–hand drive and with Tool Kit all regular/ essential accessories.

Vehicles should be powerful and reliable in rugged rough terrain; mountainous areas for exploration work in the country.

Locally manufactured /Assembled 2.OD Saloon Car TOYOTA Corolla or EQUIVALENT vehicle, 2 Wheel Drive, Model 2006, 1997CC, Diesel Engine, 4 Cylinders, 5 speed Manual Transmission on floor one spare wheel, Heater, CD+Cassette Player Power windows, Power Mirror, ABS with BA, Glass Embedded Print Antenna, Fog Lamps, Chrome side Protection Moulding, New Design Head Lamps, new Design Radial Grill, LED Rear Lamp, New Fabric Seats, Seat Belts, White Colour/ any light colour, Air-conditioned/ Heater, Central Door Lock, Wheel Caps, right-hand drive, tool kitset and with all regular/ essential accessories and as per Manufacture’s Standard Specification for Pakistan.

TERMS & CONDITION

Interested parties should submit their bids in close cover marked on envelope for (Purchase of vehicles) in Pak Rupees inclusive of all taxes (i.e. GST/ I. Tax/ WH. Tax etc.) and transportation charges per vehicle C & F/ F.O.R. Quetta along with 2.5 % earnest money in shape of draft / pay order of maximum price of quoted vehicles in the name of Director General, Geological Survey of Pakistan, Quetta. The bids should be unconditional and valid up to 30^th.June 2005. The offers should also accompany with copies of Income Tax, General Sales Tax registration certificate etc. and distribution/ dealership certificate. The offer should accompany with Broachers, Specifications and Guide Book etc. after sale service facilities, time of earliest delivery and Warranty for at least One year for replacement of parts & service free of any charge. The Tenderer/ Bidders/ Authorized dealer should have to make it convenient to inspect the vehicles before delivery. The vehicles must be new and free from any manufacturing defect. The supply should be completed within 30 days with all relevant documents after receiving the supply order otherwise 2% penalty will be imposed.

The Bids will be received up to 20-05-2006 by 11.00 A.M. in the office of the Director Procurement and will be opened on the same day in the presence of the Interested parties or their authorized representatives at 11.45 am.

The competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/ all bids partly or totally without assigning any reason, reduce or increase the Quantity according to the needs of the department and Fund Availability Position and not bound to accept the lowest tender on technical grounds etc.
