Interested suppliers should submit their bids in separate closed covers indicating quoted item(s) in Pak. Rupees inclusive of all taxes GST/I.Tax/ W.H. Tax etc.), C&F/for Islamabad along with 2.5% earnest money of the maximum quoted price of the item(s) in shape of draft/pay order in the name of Director, Geoscience Advance Research Laboratories, Islamabad. The bids should be un-conditional valid for 120 days and also accompanied with copies of Income Tax, GST registered certificates, distribution/dealership certificates, Guarantee of working/acceptability of the part by the instrument should be ensured with installation of the part by the firm. The item(s) should be brand new and free from any manufacturing defect. The last date for the receipt of bids is 20th November, 2006 till 11:30 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours in the presence of the bidders. The competent authority reserves the rights to fully or partly accept or reject any/all bids, partly or totally or reduce or increase the quantity of item(s) in accordance with the departmental needs and is also not bound to accept the lowest bid on technical grounds and also annul the entire bidding process at any time without assigning any reason thereof.
