Interested parties should submit their bids for item(s) in Pak Rupees inclusive of all taxes (GST/I. Tax) with 2.5% earnest money in shape of Draft/Pay order in the name of Director General, Geological Survey of Pakistan, Quetta. The bids should be unconditional, valid for 120 days and also accompany with copies of I. Tax, GST registration certificates, distribution/dealership certificate, Guarantee of after sales service facilities and free replacement of parts (no service charges) within a warranty period of at least one year is required. The bids will be received upto 02-12-06 by 10.30 a.m. and will be opened on the same day at 11.30 am in the presence of the interested parties or their representative.
