Sealed tenders from firms/suppliers are invited for the supply of following
items by the “Geological Survey of Pakistan Upgradation
/Strengthening of Geoscience Advance Research Labs”, Islamabad as per specifications given below

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Interested suppliers should
submit their bids in separate closed covers indicating the quoted item(s) in
Pak. Rupees inclusive of all taxes GST /I.Tax/ W.H.
Tax etc., along with 2.5% earnest money of the maximum quoted price of the
item(s) in shape of draft/pay order in the name of Director, Geoscience Advance
Research Laboratories, Islamabad. The bids
should be un-conditional valid for 120 days and also accompanied with copies of
Income Tax, GST registered certificates, distribution/dealership
certificates. Guarantee of free after
sale service facilities installation and free replacement of parts (no service
charges) within a warranty period of at-least one year. The offer should accompany with the quoted
product brochures, specifications/guide books wherever necessary. The bid will be received upto
18th
November 2006 by 11:00AM and will be opened on the same day in the presence of
interested parties at 11:30AM. The competent authority reserves the rights
to fully or partly accept or reject any/all bids, partly or totally or reduce
or increase the quantity of item(s) in accordance with the departmental needs
and is also not bound to accept the lowest bid on technical grounds and also
annul the entire bidding process at any time without assigning any reason
