Sealed tenders are invited from GST/IT registered firms/suppliers/manufacturers for supply of items for Accelerated Geological Mapping / Up-gradation of Geoscience Labs and other on going Development Projects of Geological Survey of Pakistan as per specifications and terms mentioned below:-

Interested parties should submit their bids in separate close covers indicating the quoted items (s) in Pak. Rupees inclusive of all taxes (GST/I. Tax/WH. Tax etc.) C&F/FOR Quetta along with 2.5 % earnest money of the maximum quoted price of item in shape of Draft/Pay order in the name of Director General, Geological Survey of Pakistan, Quetta. The bids should be unconditional, valid for 120 days and also accompany with copies of I. Tax, GST registration certificates, distribution/dealership certificate, Guarantee of free after sales service facilities, installation, training and free replacement of parts (no service charge) within a warranty period of at least one year. The offers should accompany with the quoted product brochures, specifications/ guidebooks wherever necessary. The Tenders/bidders/authorized dealers should make it convenient for prior inspection of items before delivery. The items must be brand new and free from any manufacturing defect. The bids will be received up to 12^th May 2006 by 9.00 am and will be opened on the same day at 10.00 am in the presence of the interested parties or their representative. The Competent Authority reserves the right to fully or partially accept or reject any/all bids, partly or totally or reduce or increase the quantity of items in accordance with the departmental needs and is also not bound to accept the lowest bid on technical grounds and also annul the entire bidding process at any time without assigning any reason thereof.
