SHORT TENDER NOTICE

 

NO.GSP/TCP/2007                                                                             Dated: 19th March 2007

           

            Geological Survey of Pakistan invites the technical bids from the competent consultants / contractors in the following field, having adequate experience in geophysical logging for coal and registered with income tax and GST departments.

 

-                           Wire line geophysical logging with suites of at least four geophysical probes used in coal logging operations, bulk density (Gamma Gamma density). Natural Gamma log, spontaneous log, resistivity logs in the bore-hole drilled upto 400 metres depth.

 

-                           The work is to be carried out (Geophysical logging) in district Badin, Sindh.  The depth of the hole will be (approximately) 400 m with a diameter of about 2”.

 

The interested parties for geophysical logging are requested to submit their offers with earnest money equal to Rs.5000/- (demand draft / pay order) in the name of the Project Director, Thar Coal Project, Geological Survey of Pakistan.  The bidder should also intimate details of previous experience in the related field with details of available manpower, equipment and work plan.

 

 

  1. The offer should reach the office of the Geological Survey of Pakistan, ST-17, Block-2, Scheme-36, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi within seven days of issue of this tender.

 

  1. The transportation of his logging unit / equipment upto drill hole site will be contractor’s responsibility.

 

  1. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all the bids without assigning any reason thereof..
